"I used to think State Farm was the best until I was canceled by them and then given a better rate by all state with the exact same record that I was canceled for. And make no mistake, I told Allstate everything so it wasn’t like they didn’t know. They also under insured my house and we’re going to raise the rate ridiculously once the bundling was done. I now have much more appropriate insurance for less money through Allstate. I was in a State Farm customer for at least 40 years. You bet I’m pissed off. Don’t make the same mistake. This is all still true, but I have to say that I did have a claim and they actually came back and did help me and Mary did a good job as well as the other people I spoke to in the office. So I give them some credit for that."
